SIX PERFECT STEPS FOR SHIPMENT

Step 1: Consult and confirm the quoted price

Please contact our company to confirm the mode of shipment (marine or aerial transportation) and estimate the number of cartons to be ordered (If taking our service, you will enjoy free cartons.) You can directly order from our company website http://www.dragonsea.co.uk or consult our customer-and-service personnel for the newest quoted price.

Step 2: Order and deliver the carton

We will confirm the order form according to the one you fill in on line or your carton-ordering information. After the confirmation of delivery address and time, we will arrange for our staff to deliver the cartons and provide the free packing material and films. In addition, before delivery, you are required to prepay the deposit. (Note: This deposit will be deducted from your overall balance).

Step 3: Arrange collection

We will assign our staff to collect the cartons at your predetermined address. Before checking the cartons, we need relevant documents. For only China, Passport copy, Inventory Packing List, School Proof Copy or Working Permit and Visa advancement recording copy are definitely required. For the other countries, only Inventory Packing List and Passport copy are required.

Step 4: In order to avoid unnecessary delay

In order to avoid unnecessary delay, please do prepare the carton. The driver has no time to wait , and delaying will cost extra. (If you live in the building, apartment or dormitory please put the carton on ground floor or with the doorkeeper).

Step 5: Global tracking

Worldwide shipment will be enroute and can be tracked using the “global tracking” in our website http://www.dragonsea.co.uk . Please pay attention to our mail notice; we will release the detailed information at the stage of sending, arriving, clearing and dispatching.

Step 6: Customs clearing and final delivery

Our company will clear the consignments through customs at the highest speed, and arrange the final delivery. If you need to revise the consignee and the telephone before delivery, you can directly send an email or a telegram to DragonSea, which will assist you to confirm your delivery information. (Note: Revision must before delivery). After the domestic dispatching, we will inform you of the delivery arrival time by email or telegram to arrange the tracking service.
