SENDER'S & SHIPPER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

| Sender's Responsibility |
- Provide true names and properties of the cargo. Don't smuggle dangerous or officially banned goods. Otherwise, the sender will undertake the corresponding compensation legal liability.
- Make sure the consign information and mark are integrate and accurate, the address is clear, and is accurately filled in with regular English or Mother Language script on the box.
- The goods should be packaged reliably to guarantee the transportation security; cargo connecting is based on the sound outer packing. Sender themselves are responsible for damages caused by the defective inner packing.
- Senders are responsible for damages caused by the change of the cargo's properties and anonymity of cargo's name.

- The compensation of cargo damages and losses are based on the agreed terms; shipper will compensate at the average insured value for uninsured goods of different value.

| Shipper's Responsibility |
- Provide detailed shipment procedures and deliver cartons before the appointed time in two working days after the order is placed.
- Provide free cargos and packing materials, assist the consignees to check the cartons and the accuracy and validity of information on them.
- Provide the global on-line order and notice for time-limit during the whole process; inform the consignees of prompt shipment information.
- Shipper compensate for damages and lost goods at the total insured value or according to the particular terms.
